These are a hearty muffin with really fresh and nutty notes from the apples and tahini. Cinnamon is excellent at regulating blood sugar and goes so well with the apples. Fall vibes!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line a 12 cup regular size muffin pan with liners or grease.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In a separate small bowl, combine wet ingredients.
Add wet ingredients into dry. Then gently stir in apples.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.

2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Paleo Mix
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup hemp milk
1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 large egg
1 cup (about 2 medium) diced apples
