Instructions
Boil water in a large pot and add in spaghetti, cook according to package instructions.
Chop and dice tomatoes and onion.
Julienne basil.
Drain pasta and give a quick rinse. Add to large bowl.
Add tomatoes and onion to spaghetti, along with a generous drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Toss lightly and sprinkle with basil.

6 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 small onion, diced small
Handful basil, julienned
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
