Add dry ingredients to a food processor on high until you see a dough like texture forming. Add wet ingredients and pulse till combined. Toss in chocolate and raisins, mix, and form into balls. Sprinkle with coconut.

2 tablespoons maple syrup
Handful golden raisins
Handful mini dark chocolate chips
Sprinkle shredded coconut
