Instructions
1. Set a skillet to medium heat and add in your coconut oil or butter.
2. Mash your bananas in a bowl.
3. Whisk the eggs and add to the bananas.
4. Pour 1/4 cup portions of the batter into the skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side.
5. Garnish with your favorite toppings and maple syrup.
